Senior Appliance Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customers’ residences within a designated service area, utilizing a company vehicle.
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances using various tools with accuracy.
- Manage parts and materials inventory, including research and order placement.
- Complete and submit work orders via a company-issued mobile device.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries and recommending services.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of technicians.
- Conduct specialized and complex repair tasks.
- Aid in the training and onboarding of new technicians.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Commitment to excellent customer service and consistent goal achievement.
- Capability to train, guide, and support other service technicians.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in appliance repair.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Demonstrated ability to independently complete appliance repairs.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly disposition.
