Gave an accurate time frame and they text you a link when they’re somewhat close so you can track your technician and know exactly when they’ll be there. Highly recommend for any appliance fix. In the end, the dishwasher repair could not be economically completed, but I was impressed by the way they handled the situation and would definitely invite them back to repair my next misbehaving appliance.
