My dryer was broken and I was able to call and get it fixed THE NEXT DAY! Both when scheduling over the phone and my technician were super professional yet very personable. Great pricing and your “diagnosis fee” goes towards your fix. Gave an accurate time frame and they text you a link when they’re somewhat close so you can track your technician and know exactly when they’ll be there. Highly recommend for any appliance fix. I had a good experience with this company.  The techs who visited the house and the folks on the phone were helpful and responsive in multiple interactions over many days. I needed a refrigerator repair. My technician (Danny) diagnosed the issue, ordered my part, and came the next week to install the GE item. The co-ordination of appointments (Melissa) were well met; and on time. I love their schedule efficiency and guaranteed work. I am so happy I can keep my Kenmore/GE Refrigerator .
