Welcome to Mardey’s. Please read these warranty terms and conditions carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.
2. Definitions and Scope
New Appliances: Products that are brand new from the manufacturer and sold in their original packaging. These products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.Open Box Items: Products that have been previously opened and may include display models, items with minimal cosmetic imperfections, or products returned by previous customers. These items are sold at a discounted price and do not come with a warranty.

We guarantee the functionality of open box items upon delivery. Any issues must be reported to Mardeys within 24 hours of delivery. Reports made after this timeframe will be subject to our ‘as is’ policy, and we will not be able to provide refunds or exchanges. Damages or malfunctions resulting from services or handling not performed by Mardeys are not covered under our warranty or guarantees.
5. All Sales Are Final
All products sold by Mardeys are sold “as is.” By receiving the product and making payment, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
6. Warranty Claim Process
For new appliances, contact the manufacturer directly as per their warranty registration and claim procedures. To initiate a warranty claim, customers must present the original purchase invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mardeys will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product. It is acknowledged by the customer that Mardeys is not responsible for any damages or losses, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury, resulting from the use of the appliance.
8. Geographic Limitations
Warranties or Returns are not available for products purchased outside the Tri-County area (Broward, Palm Beach, and Dade counties).
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and shall be exclusively resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer-Related Dispute Supplementary Procedures. This arbitration process is mandatory and final, and will preclude the parties from engaging in lawsuits or court actions. The costs for arbitration shall be governed by the AAA’s rules.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Terms Modification
Mardey’s reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the customer.
13. Severability
If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.
14. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the customer and Mardey’s, superseding all prior agreements and communications.
15. Waiver
No waiver by Mardey’s of any term or condition set forth in these terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
